More often than not city councils make these statements without actually understanding the implications and mechanics of such a network and service. Carlows' network is mentioned but this only has a limited functionality. It is of prime importance that a study is carried out in th needs and expectations of all parties involved with this network. Considering all that I am personally more than willing to give some advise to Kilkenny Council. So ken if you have any contacts there you can pass on my details...
