I always found the Photoshop WOW! books useful when I was in college. They&#039;re great for getting the ball rolling with easy to follow tutorials that can be easily applied to any number of multimedia projects.

For the more experienced Photoshop users, I&#039;ve recently came accross &#039;The Photoshop Channels Book&#039; from Peachpit Press and found it extremely useful, especially for photo sharpening and black and white techniques.</description>

Another one for the list would be www.wikivid.com - the videos here link to other sites (such as the ones you mention), but it makes up a pretty comprehensive list.
