Then I'll agree with Annette as well, a date around this time of year would be ideal, about 6 monthsish after the blog awards, nice way to split up the year. As regards a date for a meetup, I'd be easy enough anyway, so long as it was sunny and there were cold beers on supply! Certainly a common tag if the whole thing is going to be done online.
